Information in the trip planner

The planner asks for your first name, departure country, journey interest, optional travel month, group size and optional notes. These details are used in your browser to prepare a WhatsApp message.

Selecting Continue on WhatsApp opens WhatsApp with the draft. You review and send the message yourself. This website implementation does not save the form to a database or automatically send an enquiry. Do not include passport numbers, payment card details or sensitive medical information in this initial form.

E-visa form preview

The e-visa assistance form is a local demonstration. Use sample details only. Entries and selected images remain in the page memory and are not uploaded, submitted, or saved in browser storage by this website. Clear this form removes the entries and image previews.

The planned service involves sharing necessary application information with our Vietnam processing partner and Vietnamese immigration. Before accepting real applications, we must identify the receiving partner, secure collection arrangements, retention periods and applicable privacy terms. The preview does not authorise or lodge an application.

When you send a message

WhatsApp handles the draft and your communication under its own policies. Once you send the message to POMI Travels, the agency receives the information for responding to your enquiry and discussing travel arrangements.

Booking information

The existing POMI Travels terms describe using and sharing personal data to process enquiries and bookings, make travel arrangements, communicate with suppliers, provide customer service and meet legal or regulatory requirements. Further traveller details may be needed when a booking proceeds.

Cookies and technical services

This review build does not include analytics, advertising pixels or a consent-management service. It does not store planner entries in cookies or browser storage. The production hosting and any future analytics services must be documented here before launch.

Privacy enquiries and corrections

Contact POMI Travels if you want to ask about information you supplied or correct an enquiry. Include enough context to identify your conversation, without sending additional sensitive documents. The production policy must confirm the responsible privacy contact, retention periods, international transfers and the process for access, deletion and other applicable requests.
